During this time, they had 35.2 million average MAUs and 11.4 million average DAUs. Of the games that they have operated for at least five years, they increased revenues of five of them at a compound annual growth rate of 15% or more during the five years ended September 30th, demonstrating that “our games have long-term appeal to users and our ability to increase monetization over time.”

Playtika’s games are free-to-play, and they primarily generate revenues through in-app purchases, including the sale of virtual currency and items. As part of their gameplay, users can purchase virtual items, which enhance and expand their game experience. Players can purchase virtual items through various widely accepted payment methods offered in the games.

The company distributes their games to the end customer through various web and mobile platforms, such as Apple (AAPL), Facebook (FB), Google (GOOG) and other web and mobile platforms plus their own proprietary platforms. “Our revenues through each of these platforms, through our own proprietary platforms, and through other platforms were as follows:”

In the nine months ended September 30th, Playtika generated 76.6% of revenues in North America and 13.0% in Europe. However, their games are played in over 100 countries, and thus, they believe that they have a significant opportunity to increase revenues outside of North America.

Finally, in terms of performance metrics, during the nine months ended September 30th, it had 11.4 million average DAUs, an increase of 15.2% from the same period in the prior year. “We believe that we will be able to continue to grow our user base, including through marketing and advertising, and cross-promoting between our games, including new games that we develop or acquire.”

Eligibility

Accumulating Status Points

Status Points are used to reach progression between Playtika Rewards statuses. There are 7 different Playtika Rewards statuses: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Diamond and Black Diamond. As you progress to a higher status, you will receive greater benefits and gifts. Your status at Playtika Rewards will be determined according to your game history based on your Status Points accumulation, except for Black Diamond Status, which will be based on the Status Points accumulated during the preceding calendar year and will remain valid until the end of the following calendar year. You can check your status, its expiration date (for Black Diamond Status Only) and your benefits by clicking the ‘Playtika Rewards’ tab through the ‘Playtika Rewards’ icon in the Lobby.

Once your initial status is set up, you can progress to a higher Playtika Rewards status and earn greater benefits.
